Your Role

As a Principal Dynamics CE Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our Enterprise Applications pillar, leveraging your deep Dynamics knowledge and expertise to drive high-profile D365 projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Advise and inspire customers on how to achieve maximum business benefits from their new system.
  • Lead a delivery team on Dynamics 365 projects. Progresses the objectives & processes, making contributions to supporting business functions.
  • Work with customers to understand and define their business process to configure their Dynamics CRM/D365 system.
  • Assist with configuration tasks, data migration and end-to-end testing.
  • Provide end-user training courses and ad-hoc coaching.
  • Design and test customisations to the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/Power Platform system.
  • Participate in go-live stages of projects.
  • Push projects along through daily communications with the customer and/or project manager.
  • Carry out pre-sales engagements, building a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and business challenges, building and delivering demonstrations of solutions. 

Qualifications

You will have excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills as well as the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team, delivering a wide range of services to our customers.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Significant experience with Power Platform, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse and legacy Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems such as, CRM2011, CRM2013, CRM2015, CRM2016, CRMOnline.
  • Customer facing and stakeholder management; 
  • Facilitating customer meetings; 
  • Designing solutions; 
  • Experience within the Public Sector Industry 
  • Creating documentation. 
  • Communication (written and verbal)
  • Design and delivery functional elements, e.g. customise and configure without code
  • Testing and validation of solutions.
