Job Description:
What You'll Do

  • Responsible for the planning and execution of multiple projects that will translate company strategies into action, deliver significant ROI, reduce risk, and achieve strategic objectives. Serves as a mentor and partner with business units to identify future opportunities and supports the business with development initiatives. Serves as a trusted adviser to senior business stakeholders and spearheads innovative solutions, while partnering with key support functions such as Finance, HR, and Compliance during implementation.
  • Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.


How You'll Do It

  • Leads and develops projects, solutions and control plans to deliver measurable improvements and process efficiencies. Drives high productivity and an increase in profitable growth. Deploys best practices across assigned business area delivering a scalable and sustainable best in class operations environment.
  • Executing strategic performance analysis, gap assessment, opportunity identification and change implementation for critical processes across the organization
  • Designs new processes, works with operations and systems owner for implementation, monitors impact of the change and reports the results.
  • Supports project pipeline and portfolio development by forging relationships with senior leaders to identify the most critical process improvement opportunities across the company based on findings from areas such as Voice of the Customer, Voice of the Business, Voice of the Employee, and balanced scorecards.
  • Builds relationships with key constituents necessary to deliver project results, including identifying and breaking down barriers/obstacles, collaborating with key players to influence change.
  • Leads the design and development of internal support initiatives to other business areas. Provide external benchmarking, industry best practice identification, evaluation, and adoption plans


Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics

  • Bachelor's Degree in Continuous Improvement, Statistics, Business Administration and Management, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in Project Management, Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, Process Management, Policy Management, Strategic Planning, or Related
  • In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of experience in Project Management, Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, Process Management, Policy Management, Strategic Planning, or Related

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Master's Degree in Continuous Improvement, Statistics, Business Administration and Management, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, Process Management, Policy Management, Strategic Planning, or Related
  • Payments Industry experience
  • Lean/Operational Excellence experience in a financial services/payments environment
  • Experience with 1st line risk and compliance work
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP), or Lean Six Sigma Master Belt

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
