Job Description:

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for conducting marketing channel studies and evaluations, designing measurement plans and procedures, developing channel strategies, and preparing presentations. Shares operation efficiency insights and recommendations to management.
  • Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.


How You'll Do It

  • Documents study findings and prepares recommendations for marketing strategies.
  • Partners with marketing and execution teams to ensure campaign execution.
  • Analyzes existing data and develops studies to collect new data. Refines existing or develops new insights.
  • Design, maintain, and conduct readouts of dashboards to provide insights and key performance metrics for marketing campaigns, highlighting performance, capacity, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals and performance metrics for seamless campaign planning and execution.
  • Identifies new opportunities to grow and optimize the business.


Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics

  • Masters in Business Administration and Management, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Continuous Improvement or related.
  • 4+ years of experience in Marketing Analysts; Risk Analysis or related.
  • In Lieu of Education, 6+ years of experience in Analytics-Marketing; Risk..

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $91,000.00 to $153,400.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
