Role Profile:
As Principal, Business Development, you'll drive the client pipeline across EMEA, serving as a strategic leader, delivering top-tier design-build projects, and enhancing Unispace’s brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute EMEA Business Development strategy, including forecasting and opportunity pipeline.
- Collaborate with Client Relations for regional insights and strategy.
- Manage lead generation, handovers, and conversion rates, ensuring alignment with targets.
- Work with Strategy, Design, and Delivery teams to identify key relationships.
- Conduct conversion analysis, implement global research, and execute regional event strategies
- Develop creative client acquisition strategies and maintain key relationships across EMEA.
- Support cross-regional opportunities in collaboration with global business development.
- Foster collaboration across regions and disciplines.
- Manage Business Development expertise (Networking, Cold Calling, Research).
- Set and oversee team goals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
About You:
- Extensive EMEA market knowledge and industry trends.
- Experience in client-facing relationship management, lead generation, and cold calling.
- Strong goal setting, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Drive Business Development standards, processes, and technology solutions.
- Ensure accuracy in research, risk management, and CRM data.
- Implement CSR programs and support continual improvement in regional events.
