Introduction:

As a Principal Account Manager, you will be responsible to handle business for existing accounts and develop new opportunities through new accounts. Teamwork with both internal and external group is required.

Your Job

  • Develop, communicate, and drive overall strategy for assigned accounts

  • Meet or exceed Sales Revenue, Design Win Revenue and Tape Out Revenue Targets

  • Process Quotes, forecasts, and product disposition in a timely manner

  • Engage in Forecast and Forecast Response process to manage factory loadings and territory revenue

  • Work closely with Technical Sales, End Markets and Technology Development teams to understand client roadmaps, and to identify and secure engagement opportunities

  • Develop clear and logical business proposals in response to RFI/RFQs and drive necessary internal alignment and approvals from key stakeholders

  • Participate in operations, engineering, and business review meetings

  • Negotiate formal business agreements at the Executive level

  • Develop a high level of customer intimacy with client's sourcing and business unit leaders

  • Work with a cross-organizational team to establish KPIs to measure customer management performance, health and to report to senior management

Other Responsibilities

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Technology, Material Science, Solid State Physics or Related Discipline

  • Min 4 years of experience in the Semiconductor Industry, Foundry experience is a plus

  • Min 6 years of Sales or Business Development with a successful track record

  • Travel Requirements: 25-40% (Domestic & International)
