We have an exciting opportunity for a Freelance Primary Support Engineer (PeopleSoft Technical) to join us on a retainer basis, providing expert support to our growing global team.
About the role:

Join Support Revolution as a Primary Support Engineer (PeopleSoft Technical) on a 15-hour-per-month retainer and use your PeopleSoft expertise to make an impact!
What you’ll be doing:
- Tackling client cases, triaging issues, and ensuring smooth resolutions
- Meeting with clients to understand and address their technical needs
- Collaborating with our wider support team to deliver top-notch service
- Stepping in when bandwidth is tight or when permanent staff are on leave
What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM/FSCM support
- Strong PeopleSoft Technical expertise
- Experience in client-facing support roles
- Ability to work independently while being part of a global team
- Availability to support clients as needed, up to 15 hours/month
