KONE Middle East, Turkey & Africa (KMTA) is embarking on an exciting growth phase, expanding its direct presence across seven regions. In this role, you will manage pricing practices and strategies within each frontline. Reporting to the Regional Managing Director for KMTA, you will drive pricing objectives, enhance customer profitability, and oversee the successful implementation of pricing tools, processes, and governance frameworks.
Key responsibilities for this role:

Develop and recommend pricing tactics and decisions that align with the overall pricing strategy and business goals, in collaboration with the area pricing manager.

Work closely with business lines and regions to ensure pricing decisions are made and implemented on time

Run and prepare pricing committees in the frontline in a systematic manner

Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to analyze pricing data, generate actionable insights, and prepare detailed reports to communicate findings and recommendations to leadership.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in pricing mindset, processes, and practices, engaging with stakeholders to gather input, ideas, challenges, and concerns.

Assist in the implementation of pricing initiatives, incl. the development of pricing mindset, tools, processes, and governance frameworks

Provide training and support to colleagues in pricing

Collaborate closely with sales management on the implementation of pricing practices and tactics in regions.
