Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Pricing and Channel Management Manager to join our Outdoor Performance Global Commercial team. In this role, you will develop, align, and implement various Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) and channel management strategies and policies. You will ensure compliance with these strategies and policies through extensive follow-up and monitoring, playing a critical role in maximizing sales performance across channels and enhancing our brands presence in the marketplace.
This position reports to the Sr. Director of Sales Planning and Operations and is based in Bozeman, Montana or Logan, Utah.
As the Pricing and Channel Management Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
- Collaborate with sales, brand, and legal teams to develop MAP pricing and channel strategies that align with business objectives.
- Implement MAP and channel management policies to protect brand integrity and ensure compliance among retailers and distributors.
- Manage the implementation and use of 3rd party solutions to monitor and ensure compliance.
- Identify and address violations in a prompt and consistent manner.
- Develop, analyze, report, and present reporting and KPIs on pricing compliance and channel performance to senior management.
- Provide support and guidance on MAP compliance and channel management best practices.
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitor strategies, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
- Gather and analyze feedback to determine effectiveness of strategies and policies.
- Provide cross-functional support to the Sales Operations and Dealer Experience Team as needed.
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, channel management, pricing strategy, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of MAP policies and pricing compliance issues.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision making.
- Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and other related reporting and analytics tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Pay Range:
Annual Salary: $73,000.00 - $90,000.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
