Wolverine Worldwide's Pricing Team plays a critical role in the operational execution of customer pricing strategies for the US wholesale and International businesses. The team’s primary focus is maintaining pricing master data records in SAP and ensuring the requests comply with corporate policies.
The Pricing Analyst I applies Company business knowledge and technical understanding of SAP price conditions to recommend the appropriate master data set up and resolve standard pricing situations. Other responsibilities include entering standard sales promotions into SAP/Vistex, compiling reports, assisting stakeholders, performing ad hoc research, and testing system enhancements.
To be successful in this role, the Pricing Analyst I will be a great problem solver; enjoy working closely with cross-functionally; and excel at focused work that requires superb attention to detail. This position takes several months to learn, and several more to become proficient. Therefore, the ideal candidate must thrive on challenges and understand it will take time to master the complex system design.

  • Maintain customer pricing master data records in SAP for the US wholesale and International businesses. Ensure requests are processed timely, accurately, and in compliance with corporate policies.
  • Enforce use of workflow solution to route requests and obtain approvals on all pricing requests.
  • Educate individual stakeholders on pricing concepts and policies.
  • Assist Brand Finance, Sales, and Operations teams in determining appropriate pricing set up per the Pricing Playbook (for standard situations).
  • Set up standard sales promotions in SAP/Vistex and tracks in spreadsheet. Update promotion status as they pass the validity windows.
  • Compile reporting using various tools (e.g. SAP, BW, PowerBI) and performs analysis as instructed.
  • Analyze orders and invoices to troubleshoot issues and propose solutions.
  • Assist with payment term review process and escalates concerns to management.
  • Assist with future system enhancements by performing testing and writing documentation.
  • Perform ad hoc research to support special projects and deductions questions. Recommend solutions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Perform duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Relevant work experience, or an associate degree with finance emphasis, preferred.
  • Excellent focus and concentration, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Able to independently complete tasks with moderate direction.
  • Able to easily comprehend complex technical concepts and apply this knowledge in different situations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to establish effective working relationships across the organization and communicate professionally.
  • Experience with SAP order to cash process, Vistex, and K2 strongly preferred.
  • Experience in wholesale business operations preferred (Brand Finance, Sales, Demand Planning, or Customer Service).
  • Moderate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word required.

Working Conditions

Wolverine Worldwide has a flexible, hybrid work schedule, with three days in office and two days remote.
