Develop a short- and long-term strategic vision for the business, aligning with market demands. Guide the direction of the company by orchestrating the efforts of marketing, operations, administration and inventory control. Develop/strengthen strong culture in alignment with Guardian Pharmacy values and ethical standards.

Essential Job Functions (include the following):
• Work with management staff each fiscal year to develop the annual business plan goals and objectives.
• Develop annual objectives for each direct report, aligned with business plan goals, and hold the team accountable for plan achievement
• Coordinate the efforts of marketing, operations, administration and inventory
• Provide direction and leadership for the entire organization
• Ensure the development of leadership and depth in the organization to ensure succession plan
• Ensure the compliance of the organization with all applicable laws, rules and regulations
• Ensure adequate cash flow by controlling expenses, keeping receivables current and maximizing inventory turns
• Ensure the integrity and ongoing improvement of operations, processes and systems
• Ensure open and effective communication throughout the organization
• Oversee and assist with customer relations and problem resolution
• Remain abreast of changes in the industry
• Assist other presidents whenever needed
• Assist in marketing to potential new partners when needed
• Other essential functions and duties may be assigned as needed
Education and/or Certifications:
• Master’s Degree or MBA (preferred, not required)
Skills and Qualifications:
• 15+ years of business experience
• Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines
• Ability to solve problems with minimal direction
• Great attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment working on multiple tasks simultaneously, while adhering to strict deadlines
• Quality minded; motivated to seek out errors and inquire when something appears inaccurate
• Ability to develop strong culture in alignment with corporate value system
• Demonstrated ability to develop, nurture and retain a strong management team
• Public speaking/public relations skills
• Experience working with pharmacists, nurses and other professional staff
Work Environment:
• Ability to work flexible hours
