Presales Consultant, Sao Paulo/Bogotá

We are now looking to recruit a new profile into our pre-sales team in LATAM to help develop and deliver a solution-centric customer experience. You will work with an international team closely cooperating with partners and Stibo Systems’ subject matter experts.

This role has high visibility on the front lines of Stibo Systems’ business. In this role, you will have a huge impact on deals and influence milestones as we standardize our solution among retail, CPG, manufacturing, and distribution, as well as any additional verticals where opportunities exist.

Role and Main Tasks

Your primary focus will be to use your technical knowledge and innate sales skills to provide advice, support, and functional insight into our MDM Stibo Systems’ STEP solution. You will work within the Core Markets Sales Team to support the sales process by responding to RFIs and RFPs, building and delivering functional solution presentations to a diverse range of audiences, as well as supporting the sales process by sharing your knowledge.

Our Team

Our pre-sales teams support the sales and customer success teams in winning deals and guide them through the pre-sales process, from discovery, demonstration, RFI/RFP, proof-of-concept delivery, and other sales enablement activities. We are a strong team located around LATAM, with a very strong team spirit. We leave no one behind, and that goes for the team as well as for our clients and prospects. As a member of the LATAM Pre-Sales Team, you will be supporting the sales process across our core industries in the LATAM marketplace.

More Specifically, You Will:

  • Be an MDM evangelist
  • Understand customers and analyze current operations and business needs
  • Win new business via value-added/solution-centric selling and signing of new logo license contracts
  • Develop, build, and deliver exceptional functional presentations while promoting Stibo’s MDM offering at conferences and webinars
  • Support Stibo Systems’ business partners
  • Continually innovate and find new ways to articulate functional capability and value proposition
  • Work cross-regionally with other team members

Who We Are Looking For

As you will be joining a creative and dynamic team, you must be curious and possess a never-give-up attitude. You like bringing new ideas to the table, and as a person, you are very outgoing.

Moreover, you:

  • Have several years of experience managing enterprise-level software solutions, configuring them, and delivering functional presentations.
  • Have proven experience within the software industry, preferably within Master Data Management and/or Product Information Management (not a must, but nice to have).
  • Have technical knowledge of JavaScript and the REST API.
  • Use a “solution-oriented” approach that incorporates consultative sales techniques.
  • Possess an analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, and the ability to interact at any level within an organization.
  • Know ERP solutions, the e-commerce context, and business analytics solutions.
  • Are fluent in English.
