About the opportunity: At Everton Football Club, we are currently embarking on one of the most significant and exciting chapters in our history.
As we prepare for the imminent move from Goodison Park, our home of 133 years, to a world-class new stadium on the banks of the iconic River Mersey, we are searching for a Premium Relationship Manager to join our Premium Experiences – Bars, Restaurant & Experiences team.
The successful candidate will help us as we endeavour to capitalise on the new revenue growth opportunities a 53,000- capacity sports and entertainment destination provides.
As Premium Relationship Manager, guiding new processes, engaging with a blend of new and established premium members, while striving to enhance the overall membership experiences will be key to success in this role.
Using your passion for understanding clients’ needs you will manage the Clubs relationship with an assigned number of business and consumer accounts across the seasonal premium membership base, prior to new stadium move and throughout the seasons included in the multi-year term agreements.
Who we’re looking for: We are looking for individuals with exceptional customer service and communication skills and who are confident within a client facing role, who thrives across both live event and also office environments with the ability to manage new and established members.
What ‘s essential is that you can demonstrate a solution focused mindset with a passion to exceed members expectations of our new stadium home.
Other key experience we are looking for includes:

Ability to proactively identify membership development opportunities and strategies

Lead and manage other team members (where relevant)

Supports digital processes and analyse member data presented within CRM systems

Ability to plan and manage multiple projects to deliver results in agreed timescales

Experience of managing accounts and relationships for multiple clients

Managed financial information such as payments for clients/ members
-
Experience in supporting onboarding for new project, development or new venue would be desirable though not essential

Knowledge of sport and live event experiences and best practice (Desirable)

In this demanding role, you’ll be working on site at the famous Royal Liver Building and our new stadium.
This role will be offered on a permanent contract working 35 hours per week plus matchday
