Monitoring and improving the quality of international suppliers for semiconductor devices and sensors in Consumer Electronics.
This challenge will include:
- Improvement, automatization and extension of the supplier quality monitoring system (SAP: C4C/SAC)
- Maintaining and controlling supplier quality database and extracting reports, scorecards & statistics in an international team
- Responsibility for C4C/SAC solutions in coordination with IT departments including concept and implementation
- On-boarding to semiconductor knowhow (assembly, test) and quality methods (8D reports, Is/Is not) to support projects in data and facts analysis
- Generating and establishing an enhanced questionnaires for auditing suppliers based on international standards and our company best practice
Qualifications
- Personality: Pro-active and reliable, affinity for technical and process questions
- Working Practice: Initiative, diligence, structured, supportive & team oriented
- Experiences and Know-How: Affinity to usage and improvement of software solution; basic knowledge and interest in quality methods; some knowledge about SAP, data affinity & analysis knowledge desirable
- Languages: Good English and German communication skills
- Education: Bachelor Degree with good results in a relevant field
Additional Information
The Bosch PreMaster Program (Gap Year Program) is a two-stage qualification program for committed graduates with Bachelor's degrees who want to complete a Master's degree. After the Bachelor's degree, the first phase provides up to 12 months' practical experience for familiarization with technical and business interrelationships. The second phase comprises the Master's course and includes additional events and seminars as well as personal mentoring on the road to successful completion.
