Job Description
- During the company phase at the PreMaster program your scope is on sales actual and planning data for our Bosch mobility sector and the related commercial key data e.g. revenue.
- You focus not only on the concept of how planning data are generated, but also on data handling as well as analytic aspects.
- Your contribution drives improvements on data quality as well as particularly lowering planning and reporting effort.
- Furthermore, you interact closely with department internal and external stakeholders to evaluate requirements and align new concepts/solutions.
- Last but not least, you will also support the controlling as well as the reporting team and gain an understanding of sales reporting, KPIs and tools.
Qualifications
- Education: you will have completed a university degree (Bachelor's) in the area of Business Informatics or similar and have obtained above-average results and will have the firm intention to take up a Master's course thereafter
- Experience and Knowledge: good practical knowledge in data semantics and management, experienced in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, ...), preferably knowledge of analytics platforms such as Power BI and Tableau
- Personality and Working Practice: you are a team-oriented, communicative and network-oriented person who works in a structured and analytical manner; it is easy for you to motivate yourself and act in an entrepreneurial spirit; you always work in a results-oriented manner
- Enthusiasm: you enjoy working with many stakeholders inside and outside of the team and you are interested in the "big picture"
- Languages: very good in German and English
Additional Information
The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program for committed graduates with Bachelor's degrees who want to complete a Master's degree. After the Bachelor's degree, the first phase offers up to 12 months of practical experience as part of a gap year to learn about technical and business contexts. The second phase comprises the Master's course and includes further practical experience in the context of student employment as well as personal mentoring on the road to successful completion.
