Job Description
- We are placing an increasing focus on digitization and AI/LLM topics in our division. You will support the General Management (GM) and project management in the introduction and implementation of new key topics.
- You will learn how new technologies (AI, LLM) are strategically planned, introduced and implemented in the area. It's clear that you will receive technical support from our digitalization managers and will also be required to work closely with them on portfolio management.
- In addition, you will gain a deep insight into how project management (classic and agile) is implemented in a new business field (high-voltage batteries (automotive) for the aftermarket).
- Furthermore, you will get in contact with various specialist departments as well as different hierarchical levels and build up both broad knowledge and a large network. You will also help us with the project management of the department.
- As part of the team, you will also get your own topics or subtasks. For example, you will track tasks and use tools such as OneNote, Kanban, Teams and much more. This also includes reporting to the GM and in management reviews.
Qualifications
- Education: you will have completed a university degree (Bachelor's) in the area of Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar with above-average results and will have the firm intention to take up a Master's course thereafter
- Experience and Knowledge: high affinity for AI and LLM topics
- Personality and Working Practice: you approach new things proactively and openly; you enjoy working in a team as well as independently on tasks
- Work Routine: you can work hybrid with us - we meet two to three times a week in the office in Plochingen or Karlsruhe
- Enthusiasm: great enthusiasm for digitization topics, AI and LLM as well as interest in project management topics
- Languages: very good in German and English
Additional Information
The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program for committed graduates with Bachelor's degrees who want to complete a Master's degree. After the Bachelor's degree, the first phase offers up to 12 months of practical experience as part of a gap year to learn about technical and business contexts. The second phase comprises the Master's course and includes further practical experience in the context of student employment as well as personal mentoring on the road to successful completion.
