Compensation: Salary in $USD
Modality: Hybrid (First 90-120 days in the On-site)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10 am - 7 pm

What you'll be doing: 

  • Review lease files for completeness and accuracy prior to funding

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies

  • Communicate with Management to resolve any issues or discrepancies in lease files

  • Manage lease pipeline to ensure leases are funded on time

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lease files and documentation

  • Assist with post-closing quality control and audit reviews

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders

What you have: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and lease origination software

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Contributes to the culture of Clicklease as a team player as well as living the Clicklease values

  • Tech-savvy and experienced with CRM software

  • Financial Services and/or leasing experience
