Preformulation and biopharmacy analyst
POSITION PURPOSE
We are seeking a skilled laboratory analyst to strengthen our Preformulation and Biopharmacy team. In this role you will be mainly responsible to perform analysis of active substances, intermediate products and early development prototypes using liquid chromatography and other analytical techniques. You will also evaluate results and create records of experiments.
WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
- Perform analysis of active substance, intermediate products and development prototypes using liquid chromatography as well as other techniques
- Perform stress and compatibility studies
- Identify impurities, determine the active substance content and content uniformity
- Perform measurements of stability samples
- Develop liquid chromatography methods
- Evaluate and interpret data
- Plan and conduct experiments together with the team
- Maintain laboratory equipment and facilities, order supplies and consumables
WHAT WILL YOU NEED / QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS
- Education: Bc or MSc in chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacy or relevant scientific field
- Analytical thinking, result orientation, structured way of working
- Respect, Teamwork, Professionalism, Enthusiasm, Courage
- Applicants with practical experience in the field of pharmacy and/or analytical chemistry will be given priority
- Ability to work in cross-cultural teams, ability to work independently and to make educated decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English is a must as you will join international team
- Computer proficiency - data analysis
