Arrow ECS Sweden is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Pre-Sales Specialist with a focus on IBM AI technology, particularly the watsonx-portfolio, to join our vibrant team. Purpose of the role:
The purpose of the role is to extend Arrow's business development with deeper technical skills and capabilities. Through this we aim to achieve better scaling of our sales organization through higher degrees of specialization in our sales roles. We expect to be able to grow quicker and drive bigger and more complex deals by dividing tasks up in groups that makes sense due to the skills and knowledge required, as well as fitting the pace and cadence of those tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate and Empower Partners: Develop and conduct engaging training sessions and workshops to educate our partners on IBM AI technology, with a particular focus on the watsonx-portfolio. Your goal will be to ensure they are well-equipped to harness the power of AI in their solutions.
  • Solution Design and Configuration Support: Collaborate closely with partners to provide expert guidance on solution design and configuration. Your insights and support will be pivotal in helping partners develop robust, scalable, and innovative AI solutions.
  • Business Development Assistance: Work hand-in-hand with our extended team to drive business development activities in the AI space. Your technical acumen will support sales initiatives, helping to identify new opportunities and enhance our market presence.

Qualifications:

  • Full Swedish and English working proficiency
  • Strong ability to teach and educate an audience on technical topics
  • Curiosity! Good capacity and eagerness for continuous learning to stay on top of rapidly evolving technology field
  • Solid rhetoric/presentation skills
  • Basic understanding of information processing technology, data management, data science, machine learning, and Artificial Intelligence
  • Solid technical IT-skills, including installing complex applications, managing cloud environments, application configurations
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for driving success through teamwork and partnership.


Extra credit qualifications:

  • A strong understanding of IBM AI technology, specifically the watsonx-portfolio.
  • Proven experience in a pre-sales, technical sales, or related role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Experience of service design
  • Experience of Application/SaaS product design/development
  • Previous experience of other vendors' AI tools
  • IT or Business process related degree or comparable education
