Core Responsibilities:

  • Drive performance management by objectives and key results
  • Provide technical guidance, quality assurance, and oversight on client-facing engagements such as foundational web application assessments or network penetration tests
  • Provide project management on client-facing engagements from the initial preparation through engagement closeout
  • Manage, develop, and retain a team of up to 10 technically diverse and developing security engineers
  • Guide, assist, and contribute to internal initiatives and development opportunities
  • Maniacal focus on employee satisfaction during their tenure
  • Maniacal focus on client satisfaction during service delivery

Desired Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of industry experience with a deep understanding of the cybersecurity space
  • 2+ years of management experience overseeing technical teams
  • Prior cybersecurity consulting experience
  • Prior experience in offensive security
  • Prior experience in an outward and customer facing role
  • Prior experience in people and project management
  • Prior experience managing a technical team

+1 Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with managing, executing, or implementing web application testing methodologies or frameworks
  • Familiarity with managing, executing, or implementing network penetration testing methodologies or frameworks
  • Familiarity with cloud tech stacks, modern cloud security technologies, and best practices
  • Bachelors in business, computer science, engineering, math, or physics
  • Technical certifications such as OSCP or OSWE

We believe in clarity and fairness from the start. For candidates based in California, Colorado, Washington, and New York, the estimated base salary range for this role is $140,000-$230,000. The final offer will be thoughtfully determined based on various factors, including your unique skills, experience, and location.
