Summary Description
The PR, Social & Content Senior Account Executive is an integral position within the agency. The ideal candidate will have five to seven years of full-time experience, can be a coach and player on media relations and has a true passion for writing. They will assist with the development of public relations and content plans and the execution of those campaigns and projects. Attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Duties/Responsibilities

  • Seamlessly support media relations campaigns at any stage of the process, from outlet/reporter identification to material creation and follow-up
  • Build media relations strategies and share new ideas to leverage clients in the media
  • Ideate and write content in a variety of formats, often in collaboration with an art director or other team members
  • Demonstrate skill and confidence in interviewing senior subject matter experts, mining for insights that fuel content pieces
  • Demonstrate the ability to translate complex subject matter into simple and compelling stories
  • Develop influencer marketing strategies and manage day-to-day execution
  • Lead the planning and execution of events
  • Understand client marketing communications strategy and apply this understanding to client planning and execution
  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategic PR and content marketing plans
  • Stay up to date on new touchpoints, tools, best practices and how organizations are using them so the agency can make informed recommendations to clients
  • Collaborate effectively as a team member within the Public Relations, Social Media and Content department and with other agency teams and associates

Job Qualifications

  • The successful candidate should possess five to seven years of relevant experience
  • Writing and content creation must be a passion
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment and ability to thrive under pressure
  • Must be a tenacious problem-solver, driven to restrategize approach if necessary to deliver results
  • The ideal candidate should have a can-do attitude, curiosity, integrity and a We Before Me philosophy
  • Ability to articulate and understand the emotional context and motivations of varying target markets to create true brand devotion
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills including strong presentation skills
  • Experience in writing for complex subject matter and industries
  • This position is a hybrid position. You must be able to be on-site Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday weekly
  • Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
