ABOUT THE POSITION

PR Manager at BURGA is more than just a title—it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.

Your role: you will blend traditional public relations expertise with a creative, reaction-driven approach to elevate BURGA’s brand visibility. You will manage press relations, secure high-impact media coverage, and craft compelling brand narratives—while also leveraging non-traditional PR tactics, viral moments, and social-first storytelling to maximize brand reach. Collaborating closely with our Social, Partnerships, and Brand teams, you will ensure that PR is not just about media relations but also about cultural relevance, shareability, and engagement.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Develop and execute PR strategies that enhance brand awareness, positioning BURGA as a trend-setting brand across fashion, lifestyle, and tech media.

- Manage press relationships with key journalists, editors, and media outlets, ensuring consistent, high-quality brand coverage.

- Secure earned media placements in top-tier digital, print, and broadcast media through strategic pitching, storytelling, and brand initiatives.

- Conceptualize and execute creative PR campaigns that generate buzz beyond traditional media—integrating social trends, viral PR stunts, partnerships, and cultural moments.

- Collaborate with internal teams (social media, partnerships, and brand marketing) to ensure PR efforts align with broader marketing campaigns and social narratives.

- Oversee press events and gifting activations (excluding influencers), ensuring unique and high-impact execution that strengthens media relationships.

- Monitor industry trends, competitor PR moves, and emerging media opportunities to ensure our PR efforts stay ahead of the curve.

- Manage crisis communications and brand reputation, crafting clear and strategic responses when needed.

- Track, analyze, and report PR campaign performance, optimizing strategies based on media impact and audience engagement.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 5+ years of PR experience in a fashion, beauty, or lifestyle consumer brand or agency.

- Strong media relations skills with a proven track record of securing top-tier media placements.

- Experience in both traditional PR (press releases, media pitching, brand storytelling) and modern PR (social-first campaigns, viral stunts, and influencer-driven PR).

- Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with press and consumers.

- A creative mindset—able to think beyond traditional PR tactics and find new ways to generate buzz.

- Experience with event planning, influencer gifting, and experiential PR activations.

- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns, press relationships, and deadlines.

- Fluency in English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

SALARY: 2976 - 3802 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
