Golin Los Angeles is hiring an graduate intern to join our team. With a focus on creating social content for top brands. You’ll collaborate with internal and external teams to provide insightful reports that showcase the value of our award-winning work. About The Experience:

  • 3-Month Internship: June 16th - September 16th, 2025
  • Fully Paid Opportunity:  $22/hr

About You:

  • Academic Standing: Recent college graduate with a BA from an accredited college or university and 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Field of Degree: Public Relations, Advertising, Communications, Liberal Arts, Marketing, Journalism, Business, Fashion Media, Health Communications, Biology or related fields.
  • Shared Values: Passion for community empowerment and a dedication to lifelong learning.
  • Insightful and Proactive: You excel at uncovering insights and turning creative ideas into reality through your proactive approach.
  • Internet Savvy: You're a digital native, fluent in social media trends and the depths of YouTube, TikTok, and Reddit.


Interview Process:

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and design social content for the brand, including quick-turn trending content and longer-term planned content.
  • Concept and help sell in and execute social first moments to drive engagement
  • Edit well-crafted video and stills for social, including light motion graphics
  • Be a design steward of the brand, adhering to brand standards and elevating the design within those standards
  • Partner with strategy, account, analytics and channel experts across the team and agency
  • Drive innovation through unique social concepts that pull the levers of social in surprising, clever ways


You have:

  • You must be a recent college graduate.
  • You must be available to work a full-time schedule, Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. PT with some flexibility as needed
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere)
  • Internet fluency, with an understanding and appreciation of the nuances of different social channels
  • Insatiable curiosity about emerging digital marketing channels, platforms, and best practices and ability to share knowledge with others
  • A detail-oriented, conscientious approach to your work
  • Ambition and you’re a self-starter
  • Collaboration superpower

Golin has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend upon, among other factors: a candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience; actual ranges for current or former employees in the role; and market considerations.

Hourly range:

$22 per hour
