Power Platform Tech Lead

We're excited to announce that we're looking for a highly-skilled Power Platform Tech Lead to join our rapidly growing team in a remote role!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee complex Power Platform projects, ensuring the highest standards of engineering excellence.
• Drive DevOps and SRE principles to maintain and optimize platform performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly Business Analysts, to deliver tailored software solutions that meet precise business requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and develop proofs of concept to translate business needs into technical designs.
• Serve as the technical authority on the Power Platform, providing strategic guidance and support to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Higher degree or equivalent experience or equivalent technical training.
• 3 years+ of IT experience with Power Platform including, DataVerse, application governance, tenant management, and tenant CLI interaction.
• Proven track record of leading full-lifecycle IT projects, from concept to delivery, with a focus on architecture and scalable solutions.
• Expertise in working within Agile environments.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, with experience in global team interactions (Mexico, US, Europe, Asia).
• Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to mentor and guide technical teams.

What You Will Do:

• First days: Get to know PPG's internal processes, platform environment, and release workflows.
• First month: Get involved in ongoing projects and minor development tasks; help us shape our Power Platform strategy.
• First 6 months: Take the lead on your own projects, own key platform components (particularly in finance and HR), and become a core technical expert within our team.
