We are currently seeking a Post Closing Specialist to join our Operations team in Wichita, KS. This position is responsible for the verification and review of closed loan documentation packages, paid loan processing, collateral research and maintenance, and process administration.

Essential functions of the role:
- Verify and review loan documents to ensure they are prepared as approved and meet compliance requirements
- Prepare lien releases and mortgage satisfactions, generate and disburse release documentation, and update collateral tracking systems
- Maintain a working understanding of collateral perfection, file liens, research exceptions, track and make corrections as needed
- Maintain a working understanding of flood requirements and review coverage requirements prior to loan closing
- Routinely document, review, and update standard operating procedures for process consistency and seek improvements
- Other duties as assigned within the scope and responsibilities of the job
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of banking/loan experience preferred
- Proficiency with large server based applications and typical software required

What We Do
The history of Emprise Bank began in 1910 with the formation of Stockyards National Bank. By setting a higher standard of service for Wichita’s banking customers, the Bank was destined for success from its very first transaction.
In 1965, the Michaelis family acquired Stockyards National Bank, which changed its name to United American Bank & Trust in the early 1970s. Over the next 25 years, the Michaelis family acquired banks and opened locations in communities across Kansas including Council Grove, Eureka, Hays, Hillsboro, Iola, Moran, Potwin, and Toronto. They also acquired the National Bank of Wichita and Wichita State Bank. In 1989, the three Wichita banks merged under the name of Emprise Bank.
