Responsibilities:

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor policies, leveraging insights to adjust PalmPay’s strategies to prevent customer churn and enhance market positioning.
  • Coordinate product optimization efforts through continuous operational monitoring and data analysis, driving growth and improving customer experience for key products and solutions.
  • Analyze business data to identify potential issues, provide actionable insights, and track progress to ensure successful business outcomes.
  • Facilitate cross-team and cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring resources are aligned and operational strategies are implemented smoothly.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in product operations or B2B strategic operations, with a proven track record of successful commercialization in B2B sectors.
  • Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, with the ability to derive market insights and understand customer needs.
  • Ability to develop and articulate industry-specific marketing strategies, supported by a solid foundation in logic and financial knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and facilitate teamwork.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, strong learning agility, a willingness to embrace challenges, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks as directed by senior management, contributing to overall business objectives.
