This position reports to the Director of R&D Operations and is part of the Technology organization in Genomic medicine . The candidate can be located in Uppsala,Sweden or Signy,Switzerland and this will be an on-site role.
What you will do:
- Analyze project and portfolio data to support Portfolio Managers, R&D leaders, Finance and other leaders in Genomic medicine in their decision making
- Follow up and capture Genomic Medicine’s Technology Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and work with KPI owners on actions needed to drive improvements.
- Work with project and portfolio managers, finance and other stakeholders to secure correct and relevant data in our portfolio systems
- Support the set up and administration of projects in our systems for portfolio management, time reporting, purchase and project accounting in collaboration with the central Cytiva Portfolio insights team. (Accolade, Oracle iProcurement, QlikSense, Power BI)
- Work with implementation of new functionality in our portfolio systems by giving input on requirements, testing functionality and rolling out the changes in Genomic Medicine organization.
Who you are:
- BSc and 4-6 years of working experience in relevant area
- Skilled in analyzing data and experience of using business intelligence, data base and data analysis tools such as Qlik Sense, Power BI, advanced usage of Excel, data base querying (SQL), Python or similar.
- Able to work independently and good at prioritizing work when short timelines are coming up
- Experienced working in a global and changing environment
It will be a plus if you also:
- Have experience with project accounting and financials
- Have project management experience
- Knowledge and experience of the life science area
