Job Description
AgriSompo North America provides renowned, cutting-edge analytics to address risk and the risk exposures of each of its product lines. Through a deep-rooted commitment to customer service, AgriSompo North America is positioned to make a long-lasting impact on this nation’s farmers and ranchers for generations to come. This job is responsible for assisting in the generation of monthly billings, posting insured payments and processing customer refunds. This role is crucial to the Organization because of the emphasis on providing superior customer service to the Agents and Insureds. Ensuring timeliness and accuracy of billing statements and compliance with Risk Management Agency (RMA) is of upmost importance.

- Ensure monthly billings are sent out timely and accurately.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of ITS records in accordance with RMA requirements.
- Ensure premium payments are applied accurately.
- Ensure refunds are processed timely.
- Provide customer service both internal and external regarding billing statements, claims checks, checks cashed and refunds.
- Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
Education
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience
Required – MS office skills including Excel, Word and Outlook.
Preferred - Experience operating multiple systems.
Preferred – 1+ years in a previous office setting, Customer Service experience, 10 key, advanced typing
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Accurate typing and 10-key skills.

- Always maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers both internal and external.

Physical Demands & Requirements
Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
