Join us as our new P&O Consultant
As P&O Consultant you will be part of P&O Core Delivery, DK team. The team is responsible for P&O Operation and P&O Consultancy in day-to-day advising to leader and employees.
In this role you will report directly to the Head of Core Delivery, DK and be part of a team that consists of 9 P&O Core Supporters and 6 P&O Consultants.
Welcome to People & Organization (P&O)
The People & Organization (P&O) function in Novonesis is a global function with 6 different regions, that collectively support the organization of around 10,000+ employees. The P&O function is newly established as part of the merger between Chr. Hansen and Novozymes, one of the biggest mergers on Danish ground.
P&O plays a highly critical and pivotal role in the post-merger integration, and we have a clear goal of aligning and deciding the future P&O processes and set-up in the new combined company.
Your Primary tasks are:

P&O contact for assigned site, division, or geographical area of responsibility.

Serve as a consultant/advisor to leaders in the respective site on matters related to the employee life cycle.

Facilitate relevant team workshops like Insights, Culture Commitments, Feedback-model, Engagement survey.

Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to managers (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).

Provide guidance on formal performance management processes and tools.
-
Collaborate with stakeholders to anticipate P&O needs, provide guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced P&O professional 5+ years, with experience within P&O consultancy.

Experience from similar industries as well as a bachelor's degree or equivalent education, is preferred but not required.

Knowledge of our HR system (Workday) is an advantage.
Furthermore, you:

Can navigate in an environment of change and would like to make an everyday impact to an assigned business area.

Have the ability to make informed decisions and demonstrate sound judgment to ensure timely and accurate choices.

Have the ability to handle changing priorities.

Must be able to embrace a sense of urgency, innovation and resourcefulness.

Have clear communication skills, capable of clearly conveying P&O policies, procedures, and recommendations to diverse stakeholders, including management and employees.

Are ensuring confidentiality, fairness, and compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements in P&O consultancy.
