Job Title: PMO Lead – North Asia & Oceania

Job Summary:
The PMO Lead – North Asia & Oceania is responsible for overseeing program management, governance, financial tracking, and ensuring the successful execution of projects across the region. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and the ability to drive operational efficiency while aligning projects with business goals. A key focus will be on internal and external stakeholder management to ensure all deliverables are met effectively and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Management & Governance
- Oversee the planning, execution, and governance of projects across North Asia & Oceania.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices, frameworks, and compliance requirements.
- Establish and maintain governance structures for tracking project performance and outcomes.
2. Financial Management
- Track and manage revenue, ensuring alignment with financial goals and forecasts.
- Drive accurate forecasting, revenue tracking, and budget adherence to meet financial targets.
- Collaborate with business teams to align financial goals with project execution.
3. Timely Project Delivery
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate bottlenecks and execution risks.
- Monitor key project milestones and proactively address delays.
4. Risk Management & Mitigation
- Identify and assess project risks, developing effective mitigation strategies.
- Establish contingency plans to minimize disruptions and ensure project continuity.
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve project challenges proactively.
5. Timely Booking & Revenue Recognition
- Ensure timely and accurate project booking, revenue recognition, and compliance with financial standards.
- Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations teams to align on financial performance tracking.
6. Internal & External Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, customers, and external partners to ensure all deliverables are met.
- Align with business, finance, operations, and technical teams to drive successful project execution.
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, addressing concerns and aligning expectations proactively.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in program management, PMO leadership, or project governance.
- Strong understanding of financial management, forecasting, and revenue tracking.
- Expertise in project execution, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to drive operational efficiency and governance in complex regional projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
