We are currently seeking a Program Analyst to join our PMO in Alexandria, VA. This position will be responsible for managing and processing a wide variety of data requests in support of the J6 cyber security program. To be successful, you will need to be well organized and have a background in managing large amounts of data and processes.
This position is 100% on-site in Alexandria, VA.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provides multiple levels of Program Management Office (PMO) support for the Global Information Grid Services Management Operations (GSM-O II) contract under J6.
- Functions as a liaison between the customer and the company, responding to requests for information and leading meetings between subject matter experts, Leidos leadership, sub partners, and the customer.
- Executes special projects with significant impact on the PMO, to include managing special initiatives such as ISO Audits, Training Initiatives, Proposal Support
- Develops and executes the processes by which contractors onboard and off board the Task Order, to include working with Leidos Recruiting, HR and Security; customer Security POCs; and sub partners
- Oversees the staffing of all open positions on the task order by coordinating with hiring managers, recruiting, and subcontracts.
- Manages, tracks and provides Data Knowledge Management support for Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) creation and is responsible for delivery of multiple CDRL types on rotating schedules.
- Works with a wide range of subject matter experts and stakeholders to lead the development and management of the Acceptable Quality Levels (AQLs) for the Task Order.
- Manages DoD 8570 compliance to ensure we are meeting our contractual requirements.
- Compiles and generates data for presentation to the customer or internal management in either PowerPoint, Excel and Word on an ad hoc basis.
- Manages project schedules, coordinating inputs from various members of the team.
Basic Qualifications
- Active US Secret Clearance.
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of directly relevant experience; additional relevant experience and/or military service may be considered in lieu of degree
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization and to work with leadership both at Leidos and with our customer
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, teams and prioritize appropriately.
- Ability to gain trust and respect of management, employees, and customers.
- Highly proficient with SharePoint and Microsoft suite of products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity and understanding of various functional areas including Finance, Contracts, Procurement and Asset management.
- Teamwork & collaboration; willingness to be a team player and be invested in the success of the team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiar with DISA networks and processes.
- Working knowledge of IT networks.
- Extensive knowledge of Excel, to include but not limited data manipulation, formulas, pivot tables, representing data in graphical formats.

Pay Range:Pay Range $63,700.00 - $115,150.00
