Mindera is searching for a PMO Analyst to support our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure all aspects of project planning and execution are monitored and reported effectively. You will help maintain governance, provide insights into project performance, and assist in the development of best practices and methodologies around project management.
Your work will involve gathering data, preparing reports, and helping to track project costs, schedules, and resource allocation. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies, and ensuring compliance with the organization's project governance framework.
- Proven experience as a PMO Analyst or similar role in project management.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Ability to analyze and present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project, or similar).
- Support the Program Management team with programmed and project governance, analyst, and support tasks. Team Fit, proactivity, attention to detail, getting things done with high quality and speed crucial
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Facilitating delivery through the analysis and shaping of requirements, conducting data analysis, mapping processes, and overseeing the creation of options. This role would assist with essential activities such as end-to-end enablement, shaping transitions, location strategy, and more.
- Processing, governance, and tooling support for the enablement and delivery teams, along with documentation management and ownership.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile) is a plus.
