Position Summary:
Responsible for administering and maintaining the Windchill systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and IT engineers to support value creation ensuring data integrity and consistency in the global engineering process implementation until its technical delivery and customer engagement..
Work You’ll Do:
- Installation, configuration, Re-hosting (Cloning) Windchill environments.
- .Supports daily operations including monitoring, alerting, troubleshooting, hardware and software configuration, patching and performance monitoring/tuning
- Manage and customize lifecycles, workflows, queues, security, roles and templates
- Develop and maintain scripts for automation and efficiency improvements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, configurations, customizations, and processes.
- Review requirements from customers and convert them into technical proposals for assessment.
Team:
- This role will be a part of the Global Engineering systems team, providing CAD and PLM software solutions and implementation, process improvement, automation approach and technical support for global engineering teams.
Basic Qualifications:
Graduated with Computer Science Engineering or related
Minimum 7 years of industry experience in PLM
Windchill and Thingworx System and Business processes Administration[V 12.0 +]
MS SQL Database Administration .
Proficient in Java, JavaScript, C++, and XML.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge on Engineering Change Management
Experience in multi-level EBOM & Variant Configuration
Experience in Creo Toolkit programming.
Functional understanding of ERP integration and capabilities
