  • Recommending new processes, process flows, tools, or system solutions aligned with company goals
  • Collaborating closely with Business Analysts to assess the cross-departmental impact of business change requests
  • Translating business requirements into detailed and actionable specifications for use by Centric consultants and developers
  • Preparing and coordinating system changes for release, including organizing and leading product demo sessions, user training, maintaining guides and/or help tools, and managing the implementation phase of new features
  • Providing user support by analyzing, documenting, prioritizing, and solving incidents reported by Centric users or for other systems the team supports within our SLA
  • Reporting dysfunctions to the Centric support team, contributing to problem-solving, and communicating solutions to business teams clearly and concisely
  • Conducting analysis and testing on Centric upgrades and service packs, advising on which should be adopted
