We are hiring a Platform Engineer
Hybrid working model - Novi Sad or Belgrade office
 

We are hiring an experienced Platform Engineer to join us on Synechron Serbia’s journey, working with our clients from the financial and insurance domain.
You will contribute to our experienced IT team and:
•    Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Windows365, Citrix, and Azure Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), providing technical support 
•    Manage platform operations, including maintenance and updates of project migration tooling and associated technology components
•    Handle SQL, Backup, Patch Management, software updates, and Azure platform updates
•    Provision users to Windows365 and required applications
•    Administer Intune and understand Proxy solutions
•    Manage the Revoke, Retire, and Return process, including scheduling and tracking the device revocation process
•    Oversee Change Management, including submission, representation, and approval processes for all change controls raised
•    Act as a primary liaison with Proxy, Network, and collaboration teams
•    Lead incident resolution team efforts, categorizing issues and consolidating them to identify priority issues and drive resolution
 

You are a great candidate for us if you have:
•    Strong understanding of desktop solutions (specifically Windows) with experience in infrastructure/server engineering
•    5+ years of relevant experience
•    Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, SQL, IIS, and Azure Infrastructure
•    Knowledge of Windows security and licensing
•    Experience in working within a Scrum/Agile team environment
•    Fluency in English

•    Familiarity with proxy tools like Zscaler is a plus
