Platform Architect ServiceNow, TELENOR CYBERDEFENCE AS 

Telenor Cyberdefence AS is a wholly owned, newly started Nordic cyber security company in the Telenor Group. Telenor Cyberdefence AS' ambition is to become a leading MSSP (Managed Security Services Provider) in the Nordic market, among other things by using Telenor's unique access to threat intelligence to support our services. In addition to delivering modern managed security services, Telenor Cyberdefence AS will also offer specialist expertise through consultancy services and testing of infrastructure / applications with our Offensive Security team.    

Join our innovative team at Telenor Cyberdefence in the position as Platform Architect ServiceNow - at our HQ in Oslo Fornebu.  

ServiceNow is one of Telenor Cyberdefence’s strategic platforms. Our goal is to provide our customers with a scalable and efficient customer portal, optimized for the security services they receive from us.

We are now looking to increase and strengthening the team that is working with ServiceNow, including a ServiceNow Platform Architect to prepare for further growth. As the ServiceNow Platform Architect you will be the technical leader for the ServiceNow platform with the responsibility of the overall platform architecture and governance.

The team working with ServiceNow is part of our Platform department, that govern and develop all the technical solutions that we use in for the services we provide for our customers. 

Key responsibility:

• Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure ServiceNow solutions

• Ensure that our ServiceNow platform aligns with the organization's business strategy

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions

• Provide architectural guidance for upgrades, migrations, and integrations

• Stay updated on ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and emerging technologies

• Provide consultative technical leadership to the ServiceNow team

• Create and maintain a detailed view of the existing architecture

You will also be expected to participate some in hands-on development activities, such as developing applications, performing platform configurations, build and enhance user interface.

There is a great flexibility in the role, which may be adjusted according to your profile, skills, and experiences. The role reports to the Director of Platform and Detection.

We believe you have the following qualifications and personality skills:  

• Relevant Bachelor og Master degree

• Minimum 5 years of experience from ServiceNow  

• Proven experience with understanding/supporting business processes, and managing both business and technical requirements

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Good communicator, verbally and written, in Norwegian and English

• A continual learner 

• Self-motivated, creative, structured, and disciplined

• Positive and a great team member
