We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolios (Planview PPM Tool) Admin and SharePoint Developer with 8-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PPM Tool administration and SharePoint development, focusing on delivering efficient solutions and enhancing our project management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the PPM Tool environment, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Develop and customize SharePoint sites, workflows, and applications to meet organizational needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide support and training to users on our PPM Tool and SharePoint functionalities.
- Implement best practices for project management and resource allocation using Portfolios.
- Conduct regular system audits and updates to ensure compliance and security.
- Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution for both our PPM Tool and SharePoint applications.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in our PPM Tool and SharePoint technologies and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in PPM Tool administration and SharePoint development.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing PPM Tool solutions.
- Experience with SharePoint frameworks, including development of custom solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in PPM Tools or SharePoint development.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Familiarity with cloud services and integration strategies.
