- Work as the contact window between factory to Demand Manager for Demand and Supply changes, 2Q Committed Revenue, monthly Sales and Operation Review (SOP), other assessment i.e. work with IE/ MFG/ PE for capacity ramp up supporting potential demand change, provide $revenue impact analysis for material escalation etc
- Manage and publish weekly Build-Plan and ensure to meet the weekly output in order to meet the Ship To First Commit (STFC) and Customer Request Date (CRD) base on Material Clear to Build provided by Material Planner and Manning and machine capacity. This includes 3-day advance shipment request to notify warehouse/ logistic/ trade for maintaining the shipment.
- Manage Work Orders (Release, Modify, Close) base on the product yield, material availability and installed machine capacity
- Work with supporting team: Material Planners, Buyers, Manufacturing, PE, QE, IQA, IE, Warehouse, IT to resolve any excursion or operation issues
- Schedule Sales Order in Oracle within 48hr per Time To Schedule (TTS) requirement. This include communicate with CSR/ Sales and other related functions to resolve any issues concerning the demand or backlogs for external and internal
- Reviews and analysis on the inventory projection and action required to meet the target inventory turn and responsible for make item E&O update
- To participates in the introduction of new products and supports the transfer of existing products through planning and analyzing of common and unique materials and capacity (manning and machine) in support of project deadlines
- Supporting company activities such as 5S, Kaizen, Physical Inventory - PI or others. Specific for Kaizen, require for initiate and manage 1 Kaizen planning project per year
