Reporting to the Master Scheduler, you as a Planner, will be responsible to create complex production schedules that support the manufacturing process. Analyzes current production schedules to identify gaps or areas of opportunity. Creates, tracks, and reports on the current production schedules.

Develops production schedules for manufacturing.

Follow up production schedules.

Monitor and control production schedule.

Control the stock levels of finish goods, subassemblies and raw material according to business guidelines.

Analyze demand projections for finish goods and subassemblies based on customer requirements.

Work with Purchasing and Production team to continuously improve performance on inventory levels from raw material, finish goods and subassemblies.

Utilize and monitor material planning procedures ensuring consistent delivery.

Follow up on new products implementation to ensure coverage on components.

Support other departments with requirements from information about usages and future demand.

Support other areas with sample orders.

Follow up on excess and obsolete, blocked, quality inspection and consignment materials.

Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity to provide inputs that determine processes, tools, materials, and labor requirements.

Draws initial conclusions based on analysis around gaps for review with the purchasing team.

About you:

Bachelor or University degree.

Background and understanding of supply chain management principles such as (but not limited to) Production Planning, Material Planning, Purchasing, Forecasting, and Logistics is vital for person to successfully navigate the diverse business departments.

Up to one year of experience.

Familiarity with manufacturing assembly process.

Familiarity with Lean manufacturing.

Familiarity with basic supply chain.
