Responsibilities
- Analyze the availability of installed capacity, time and resources to respond to the delivery date of orders to internal customers through the Order Fullfilment function.
- Create and manage work orders for each product process.
- Deliver the itinerary from work orders to warehouse
- Prepare and deliver the production itinerary through manufacturing processes.
- Analyze the impact of the materials to the strategic work plan, requiring if necessary the missing material.
- Support different areas of the plant with issues related to transfers, new products and validations.
- Attend the different meetings where required.
- Manage and monitor the cyclical counting process (weekly) of the manufacturing inventory
Qualifications
- Student of Business Administration or Industrial Engineer, or related majors.
- 3-5 years of experience in demand planning within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Experience with statistics in collecting and interpreting data.
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of rules and regulations for the medical industry and manufacturing of medical devices
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a constant changing environment, systems and processes
- Able to analyze data and determinate best course of action to achieve best results
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Effective communication skills oral and written, in English and Spanish. English not indispensable.
