Cliff Berry, Inc. is seeking a Pipeline Services Coordinator who will be responsible for managing operational projects for CBI’s pipeline service clients. The position has an integral role in ensuring timely project completion through solid relationships with all stakeholders, as well as maintaining effective communication throughout the life cycle of all projects.an experienced. This position is located at our Cape Canaveral, Florida facility. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter and will be comfortable working in an energetic culture. Essential Duties:

  • At the direction of the Pipeline Services Director ensure all Pipeline Services projects are effectively managed through communication with customers, completion of all necessary paperwork, and scheduling of personnel and equipment appropriate for the project.
  • Maintain transparency of daily and weekly projects to ensure appropriate staffing and management of project resources.
  • Illustrative duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Review of analytical reports for proper waste stream handling of all waste streams. Prepare complete packages and distribution of projects for customers to include invoice / complete manifests and back-up paperwork. Waste handling.
  • Acquire and demonstrate technical expertise in Pipeline Services.
  • Manage contract labor and relationships with vendors. Efficiently manage contingent resources.
  • Work closely with all CBI offices to schedule and complete all projects, which includes oversight of daily activities of pipeline projects. Duties may also include, but are not limited to, managing hours worked on projects, OT hours, and ensuring quality project related work by assigned personnel.
  • In conjunction with Pipeline Services Manager to ensure full compliance with all regulatory and customer requirements.
  • Responsible for all Pipeline Services ERP activities. Including, but not limited to, ensure P.O.s, Work Orders, Invoices and all billing activities and related tasks are completed within CBI timelines and to standards of accuracy and detail.
  • Key in responsibility for the department’s responsibilities in the CBI ERP system.
  • Assist Pipeline Services Manager with the post-performance review and analysis of Pipeline Services jobs; the review of Pipeline Services P&Ls; and the preparation of Pipeline Services budgets.

The ideal candidate:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Five (5) years of experience as a project coordinator in pipeline services or similar field.
  • Must have valid Florida driver’s license
  • Hands on Project Management knowledge.
  • Working knowledge of the principles and practices of Petro-chemical engineering.
  • Industrial Services / Environmental background (i.e., 29 CFR 1910 (OSHA) basic knowledge, 49 CFR 172 (DOT), 33 CFR 154-155, etc.)

This position requires extensive travel (in excess of 50% of work time) in short or notice. The ideal candidate must be able to work effectively within an irregular travel schedule.
