Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Mortgage Pipeline Manager with exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong understanding of mortgage operations. The ideal candidate can manage a high-volume loan pipeline, collaborate effectively across teams, and continuously seek opportunities to improve pipeline performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the loan pipeline from application to funding, ensuring a smooth process, high pull-through, and on-time closings.
• Manage a growing loan processing team, including hiring, training, and professional development.
• Ensure team and deal compliance with mortgage regulations and investor guidelines.
• Collaborate across internal teams and lender partners to resolve deal escalations.
• Provide real-time pipeline reporting to facilitate transparency and communication across stakeholders. Forecast pipeline volume so the team can effectively manage capacity.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a business or quantitative field.
• 4+ years of experience in mortgage operations and/or leading a loan processing team.
• Expertise in mortgage processes, underwriting requirements, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, people management, and organizational abilities. 
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for process optimization.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with loan origination systems (LOS), product pricing engines (PPE), and other mortgage technology platforms.
• Availability to be in the Brooklyn office 1-2 days a week is preferred, but not required

Salary Range: $90-130k based on experience.
