OVERVIEW:

The Director, Brand Portfolio Measurement & Analytics will be a key role within the CMO, helping define the end-to-end measurement strategy and optimization plan for Pfizer for All and key Brand Portfolio initiatives.
This leader will report to the Global Lead of Media Measurement & Optimization and be instrumental in leading integrated analytics strategy at the Pfizer Masterbrand level for Biopharma. They will lead all elements of analytics across data planning, dashboards, marketing engagement, site performance, and business impact. This role will oversee omnichannel analytics strategy, as well as product optimization. This leader will bring a deep understanding of the intricacies of full-funnel marketing for major brands with experience in brand building, healthcare analytics, and performance optimization. This person will partner closely with leadership and key stakeholders within the Commercial & Digital business to drive a robust, data-driven, and highly strategic approach that moves Pfizer from a leading 'pharma' brand into a leading healthcare and patient-first organization.
ROLE SUMMARY:
The Director, Integrated Analytics Lead is responsible for defining the integrated analytics strategy for the Pfizer brand and will play a lead role in creating an optimization plan for our go-to-market, data, and product approach across key initiatives. This leader will oversee a cross-functional analytics team both internally at Pfizer, as well as partnering closely with agency partners across all functions. They will continue to evolve & create an audience-centric, insight-driven performance analytics plan across paid, owned, earned, partnerships, product, and business strategy, aligned with the overall product marketing goals. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with a focus on bringing agility in real-time optimization & marketing excellence to deliver measurable financial results
In this role, you will leverage data to drive insights that improve patient experience, effectiveness & efficiency, and strategic decision-making. This role will be responsible for the entire analytics lifecycle, from data collection and integration to analysis, business impact, and optimization recommendations. This role will interface with leadership across the organization and will be the key stakeholder to create actionable insights & tie those to long term business impact.
To be successful in this role, the candidate will lead a team of cross-stakeholder team members, to enable collaboration with the following teams:
- Be primary analytics point of contact for Product, GTM, Media, Partnerships, and Digital, and any external agencies supporting Pfizer, working closely together to lead improvements in performance
- Work with senior members of the Commercial leadership team in developing executive analytics reports, and optimization recommendations that supports high visibility brand campaigns
- Leverage insights from CRM & Audience Intelligence to craft highly impactful audience strategy
- Partner with Commercial Analytics team to enable creation, and output from the MROI model into business impact
- Collaborate with Media & Partnership counterparts (Paid Media, Earned, Owned, & Partnership Media) to support strategy
- Align closely with Digital team to ensure data enablement, and development is aligned to reporting business needs
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead analytics behind the master Pfizer brand across full end-to-end program ecosystem
- Optimize Pfizer's data landscape and dashboard integration across to maximize impact across the portfolio
- Create ways of working across multiple functions within Pfizer and agency partners, overseeing the end-to-end framework for success and optimization of performance
- Lead a team to create executive performance reports across media, CRM, commercial analytics, product, and partnerships
- Leverage deep insights on consumer behaviors to drive decisions that support optimal program decisioning
- Accountable for end-to-end measurement and analytics program
- Enable teams to connect multiple data streams for an omnichannel view into patient experience
- Serve as effective organization & cross-functional leader by influencing, managing and driving action of the efforts of team members to do outstanding work
- Act as successful mentor and role model for Pfizer Values (Courage, Excellence, Equity and Joy) by providing ongoing coaching and guidance to other employees to help them achieve their potential
QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic Qualifications
- BS Degree in Marketing or equivalent degree
- 8+ years Marketing and Analytics experience in a professional environment, preferably within healthcare
- Broad knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare environment
- Balance of both commercial analytics as well as marketing sciences expertise
- Understanding of data-driven decisioning and best in class optimization programs
- Deep familiarity with digital, product, and media and application to power business results
- Knowledge in customer journey mapping and messaging
- Experience with leading agencies, technology companies, cross-functional teams, or consulting partners in advertising and marketing tech
- Experience in generating demand through full-funnel performance marketing campaigns
- Creative, innovative problem solver who leads with insights derived from data
- Executive presence and demonstrated ability to effectively influence and drive alignment and momentum across senior leaders and colleagues at all levels of the organization
- Ability to lead cross-functional and cross-business projects and initiatives, identifying risks and removing roadblocks to enable the teams to achieve successful delivery
- Superior organizational and leadership skills; ability to influence, manage and drive action of the efforts of team members in on-time and accurate execution of deliverables
- Ability to manage and coach direct reports and agile teams

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $156,600.00 to $261,000.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
