General Responsibilities:

  • Build, expand and solidify relationships with clients at all levels within the company and lead appropriate resources to address the client’s needs.

  • Process incoming mail from processors, faxes, and service requests, as needed.

  • Maintains renewal expirations and binders.

  • Manage workflow and adjust priorities as necessary.

  • Attend designated CSM meetings; maintain required CE credits.

  • Responsible for the day-to-day account management of client records.

  • Correspond and maintain contact with producers regarding new and renewal business, as needed.

  • Operate a personal computer and appropriate software packages or their equivalent.

  • Maintain files, records, and reports

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required. 

  • Proficient with MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

  • Exceptional telephone demeanor

  • P&C License

  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates or bachelor’s degree in a business or financial related discipline.

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a similar position
