As a personal finance advisor, you help serve, prospect for, solicit, and develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients. You provide service tailored to client needs in accordance with current strategies and practices. You help develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients. You drive results by reviewing special requests and promoting and selling specialized products and services that meet client needs. You ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures. You help analyze member/client needs, develop and implement personalized solutions, and propose integrated service offers. You support current and potential members and clients, represent the organization and help negotiate agreements with clients. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. More specifically, you will be required to :

Advise members and clients on the best strategies and work with them to identify expected results.

Manage business relationships, assess member/client satisfaction and service quality, follow up and identify areas for improvement.

Stay up-to-date on the financial services industry, market trends and best practices in your field.

Participate in outreach activities and represent the caisse in the community.

What you bring to the table

College diploma in a related field

A minimum of two years of relevant experience

Knowledge of French is required

Advanced knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients.

Advanced knowledge of Spanish due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with Spanish-speaking partners, members and/or clients.

Available for frequent travel in the Estrie and Centre-du-Québec regions

Must have a valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle
