The position
We are looking for a talented candidate to fulfil the position as Personal Assistant to the Corporate Vice President (CVP) in CMC QA. The position presents an excellent opportunity for individuals with exceptional service skills and the ability to independently coordinate tasks, activities and events in a self-driven and professional manner. Your main location will be in Bagsværd, but you should expect visits to our Måløv and Søborg sites on a regular basis.
Your main tasks will be:

  • You will primarily act as a sparring partner and support the CVP with the execution of her management tasks. This includes the preparation of presentation materials, coordinating activities and a wide range of PA tasks such as managing the CVP's calendar, planning management meetings and seminars, quarterly meetings and events for the area and other day-to-day tasks.
  • You will be part of the management team and will work at a strategic level with the ability to navigate the organisation at all levels.
  • You will take on the role as Budget Support to the Business Partner in connection with the various budget activities during the year.
  • You will work closely with the CVP, the Business Partner and the HR Business partner as well as the assistant group in CMC QA.

Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:

  • You have more than 5 years of experience as a PA and within management support
  • You have solid presentation and communication skills
  • You have a flair for numbers and budgets
  • You are an experienced user of MS Office365 and its interconnected functionalities
  • You have high social intelligence and are good at stakeholder management
  • You are fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English


You have solid skills in driving administrative processes and organising tasks. You must be able to prioritise your own tasks, work independently and be forward-looking. You have the ability and willingness to adjust quickly to new situations in an ever-changing environment, and you can make high-level independent decisions and set direction.
As an individual, you are reliable, loyal and service-oriented. You have a can-do attitude and can effectively plan, prioritise, execute and follow-up in a proactive and timely manner. You have a natural talent for establishing positive working relationships across the organisation and reaching agreements through flexibility and compromise.
About the department
CMC QA has around 160 employees in 9 departments located in Denmark and the USA. CMC QA certifies products used in clinical trials and ensures quality oversight over processes, facilities and documents. Our main stakeholder is CMC Development & Scaling which is responsible for development, production and manufacturing for clinical and non-clinical trials.
