Recognized by Forbes among the Top 30 companies for remote work, we are seeking a Personal Assistant to the CEO to execute tasks across HR, marketing, events, office management, and other operational functions.
Role Overview
This role is crucial for structuring the new team and establishing processes in our new office. As a direct subordinate to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various departments and ensuring smooth operations. This position offers rapid career growth with opportunities to advance into leading Operations or Marketing roles.
Note: This role requires presence in the CEO's office space in Dubai Marina (JBR) and entails 60+ hours of dedicated hard work per week during the rising crypto cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hiring: Post job listings, conduct screening interviews, and onboard new team members.
- Operations: Execute new functions across marketing and CRM until dedicated personnel are hired.
- Office Management and Events: Oversee the office environment, ensure cleanliness and a well-stocked supply of snacks, and schedule and coordinate events.
- Travel Support: Manage visa applications and travel bookings.
- 2+ years in an operational role within a high-paced tech environment or strong academic achievements.
- Fluent in English and Russian, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with no-code tools like Zapier and GPT is a plus.
- Marketing campaign management experience is advantageous.
- Diligent and hardworking with a high level of integrity and accountability for results.
- Crypto experience is beneficial but not mandatory; we prioritize a results-driven culture over specific expertise.
