  • Monitor the implementation of decisions and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Archive and manage confidential files and documents.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders and departments to align schedules and priorities.

Hunkemöller is looking for a Personal Assistant to support several members of our Executive Team. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing a variety of tasks daily while ensuring that our board members can perform at their best. You’ll collaborate closely with a team of experienced Personal Assistants, ensuring seamless coordination across the board and supporting high-level strategic initiatives.
