We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on driving brand awareness, generating high-quality leads, and optimizing our digital presence across various channels. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns that fuel growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities: 

Performance Marketing: 

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels to achieve maximum ROI. 

• Continuously monitor ad performance and utilize A/B testing to refine creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies for improved results. 

Social Media Marketing: 

• Develop and implement strategic social media campaigns using tools like Canva, Figma, and Hootsuite. 

• Create and manage content tailored to platforms such as LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter), driving engagement and strengthening brand presence. 

Content Marketing: 

• Craft and publish keyword-optimized blogs, leveraging tools like WordPress and SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) to increase organic traffic. 

• Collaborate with the design team to ensure visually appealing and on-brand content. 

Webinars and Thought Leadership: 

• Plan, organize, and execute webinars and virtual events to establish Wokelo as a thought leader in the investment research space. 

• Partner with subject matter experts to create compelling webinar content that resonates with target audiences. 

SEO and Analytics: 

• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to boost website visibility and rankings. 

• Utilize tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot to track campaign performance, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

• Work closely with design and product teams to maintain brand consistency and improve the effectiveness of marketing efforts. 

• Develop and nurture relationships with agencies and external partners to expand marketing reach. 

Requirements: 

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, or a related field, ideally within a startup environment. 

• Proven expertise in managing and optimizing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. 

• Strong hands-on experience with social media management tools (Canva, Figma, Hootsuite) and platforms (LinkedIn, X, etc.). 

• Proficiency in content management systems like WordPress and a deep understanding of SEO best practices. 

• Experience in organizing and running webinars or virtual events. 

• Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot). 

• Exceptional project management and multitasking abilities. 

• Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
