FLIP is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing our digital advertising campaigns, with a focus on Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads.

Responsibilities:

Ads Management:

    • Own bulk creation of ads across platforms and campaigns leveraging daily pipeline of new creative
    • Upload newly created assets to Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok
    • Create creative performance reports for the ads production team
    • Collaborate with marketing team to continuously improve end-to-end process for efficiently launching ads, daily monitoring of creative performance, and creative performance reports

Communication:

    • Maintain excellent communication with team members and stakeholders across different time zones using Slack
    • Ability to meet during Pacific Time Zone hours as needed
    • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid social media advertising
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and problem solve

Required Skills:

  • Expert level knowledge in Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads platforms
  • Exceptional ability to synthesize ads performance data into clear and actionable reports
  • Meticulous attention to details and ability to perform high output workflows without error
  • Knowledge of e-commerce marketing strategies and best practices
