A24 is looking to hire a Performance Marketing Lead to develop and execute the paid marketing strategy and campaigns across our Brand & Direct to Consumer initiatives (A24 Shop, AAA24, Publishing, etc.) to drive growth. In partnership with Brand and Media team leadership, this role will manage all aspects of performance marketing, from strategy, planning, budget management, execution, customer insights, analytics, and decision making across A24’s direct to consumer businesses. This role can be based out of our West Hollywood or Manhattan office.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Work with leadership and cross-functional teams to define and execute performance marketing strategies across all brand businesses, designing and implementing near-term campaigns while also driving the long-term vision and approach 
  • Collaborate and work closely with brand, creative, media, and digital product teams and agencies on funnel optimization and content marketing efforts
  • Lead and manage all existing paid media channels while testing and expanding into new channels as necessary
  • Identify relevant key messages for all brand products on an ongoing basis, translate those messages into creative briefs for the marketing team and creative agencies, and ensure all assets are creatively aligned with the A24 brand
  • In partnership with Brand and Creative teams, develop and own strategies to increase customer acquisition and lifetime value through constant testing and experimentation  
  • Analyze, track, and drive continuous improvements of key metrics to understand the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, make data-driven decisions to optimize performance and budget allocation, and report on performance to stakeholders
  • Identify and define the levers that will drive growth across the brand business initiatives 
  • Manage the paid marketing budget in partnership with leadership

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in performance marketing for direct-to-consumer businesses 
  • Experience managing paid media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok)
  • Strong understanding and appreciation of brand management and creative content and how to leverage creative content to improve paid marketing campaigns 
  • Hands-on doer equally adept at developing the strategy, while also able to roll-up sleeves and execute
  • Builder mentality, able to continuously build a program, including budgets, resource requirements and team members to appropriately serve company’s real-time needs
  • Expert ability to structure, measure and analyze data to support accurate and high growth testing
  • Cross-functional leadership with demonstrated ability to lead projects across various internal and external teams
  • Excellent communicator and team player

Our target salary range for this role is between $145,000 to $180,000. We do not use formal job titles internally and similarly named positions may have different compensation levels. Actual starting salary within the range will depend on various considerations, including: work experience, skills, specializations, and training. This role is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, including both cash and equity components, competitive healthcare, as well as other employee benefits.
